Justin Conaway is the founder and CEO of Justin Time Management. Mr. Conaway has a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge (2003) and has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix (2015). Justin has been managing since 1994 and specializes in building one on one relationships with fellow employees and co-workers to better understand the needs of those that he manages.

No, Justin does not play any instruments, and he definitely cannot sing (just as his wife Robin). He is however, pretty damn good at providing structure, following through on action items and is a fan of music and comedy.

Aside from managing Justin enjoys drawing, exercising, spending time with his family and pets and seeing the bands he manages perform.
